Newest Addition to the House
On Saturday, I picked up a new toaster oven. I had checked reviews online, and the General Electric Convection Toaster Oven with Rotisserie was highly rated. Sunday evening I did a 3.5 pound pork tenderloin on the rotisserie and it came out great! Pork sandwiches all week!
I am still a bit skeptical on how long the rotisserie motor will last. The manual says nothing more than 5 pounds, and that pork tenderloin was 3.5 lbs and nearly filled the thing! I should have mentioned that this will fit a 12 inch pizza. Tested on a DiGiorno Supreme - plenty of room. Broils very well, too.
I love my toaster oven, but I don't have a rotisserie in mine. I have to upgrade!
